The Promotion of Access to Information Act makes it compulsory for all public bodies and Companies to SUBMIT a MANUAL on accessing company information before
28 February 2003.

  • What can happen to you if you do not Comply;
  • How to Defend Yourself;
  • Conciliation and Arbitration in terms of New Amendments (from 14h00 to 17h00)
  • New Domestics Laws (from 14h00 to 17h00)

Practitioners will be available after each session for Private Consultations.
