Although we are NOT a
Personnel Agency, we offer a similar but MUCH MORE UNIQUE SERVICE
to all our clients as well as to Candidates and Job Seekers both
in South Africa and Internationally.
This service has been carefully
devised in order to protect predominantly the Employer from costly
lawsuits but also guarantees to the Candidate an effective career.
It is very clear that within
the Labour Laws of South Africa, with the advent of the new Labour
Relations Act and the Employment Equity Act, that all Employers
must implement and operate their specific Terms and Conditions of
Employment in a correct, fair and proper manner.
There can be no Sexual Discrimination,
or otherwise. This is super critical, especially in the light of
the manner in which Employers have in the past even placed advertisements.
Advertisements in the newspaper
for new Posts must be very carefully written because any Employer
can be taken to Court for Discrimination if they advertise a post
specifically relating to a man or a woman.
Further, it is the right
of all Candidates applying for a Post to be informed timeously of
their Application being unsuccessful. They also have a right to
be given a reason.
Any job seeker has the right
to institute proceedings against a prospective employer in terms
of any discrimination practise, especially if that Job Seeker has
been unsuccessful.
While this may be considered
unfair to the Employer, it is none the less, the LAW.
It is pointless defending
such an action as this is in itself extremely costly.
It is far, FAR BETTER
to prevent this type of litigation in Court.
To do this, the Employer
requires a specific buffer, a buffer that is professional enough
to offer a sophisticated service that would completely protect
the employer.
The job seeker requires the
same level of professionalism.
Both parties require protection
and assistance.
We offer specific assistance
of a professional nature as follows:-
1.
TO THE EMPLOYER
We offer a comprehensive
JOB APPRAISEMENT for all posts required from where we prepare a
Job Profile.
This must not only be in
written form but we require to consult with each client so that
we can assess the specific needs of those clients.
We handle all advertising
for and on behalf of our clients; we render specifically a professional
screening service on behalf of all candidates in a proper and thorough
fashion.
At no time do we divulge
to the job seeker the name of the Employer and when the screening
tests have been concluded, we compile a short list of appropriate
Candidates either by way of written short list or on video - or
both.
In this way the Employer
is totally protected.
We then act as HONEST
BROKERS between the short listed Candidates and the Employer.
On selection, we employ the
candidate on behalf of the company and require the Candidate to
sign a specific document confirming a code of secrecy.
We also ask the candidate
to sign specific CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT specifically drafted
on behalf of the individual Employer client in which we guarantee
a 3 month probationary period.
On completion of three months
basic probation, if both parties are happy with each other, we then
confirm permanent employment or alternatively a continuation of
probation.

FOR THE JOB SEEKER/ CANDIDATE
Very often a Candidate will
visit various businesses in order to ascertain if Posts are available.
Resumes and CVs are
left with Personnel Agencies and other companies and often the job
seeker has to wait a great length of time in order to secure even
an interview.
We guarantee a proper match
making exercise with all job seekers and applicants and further
advise that our intention would be to video each candidate. We will
maintain a record of all videos.
We will also prepare a comprehensive
script which the job seeker and candidate must read and will coach
the job seeker on how to approach the camera.
3.
HEAD HUNTING
Similar to 1 and 2 above,
we offer a specific HEAD HUNTING process which is fully guaranteed.
4.
INTERNATIONAL PERSONNEL
There are often times when
Employers in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United
Kingdom require not only individual and head hunted Personnel from
South Africa but also specific Employees on Contract for annual
employment.
We specialise in the following
international areas:-
4.1. Registered Nurses;
4.2. Attorneys and Para legals;
4.3. Artisans, mechanics
and similar;
4.4. Executive Personnel.
The cost of this service
is based upon 8% up to managerial level together with a 20% on the
8% as contingency.
For everything over senior
management level, our costs would be 10% of the Annual salary upon
which you must add 20% contingency.
We stress that the 20% is
placed on the total 8 or 10 % and not on the Annual salary.
