TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1.        In order to secure your place advance booking and payment is essential .

2.        All delegates must complete the registration form and fax OR post by registered mail. Faxed documents will be regarded as confirmed Bookings.;

3.        Please phone Lesley to confirm that we have received your bookings.

4.        No confirmation bookings will be sent.

5.        Once signed and received by us, the booking so made shall become an irrevocable, legal and binding document;

6.        All payments must be made in advance unless you or company have an account with us;

7.        Bookings may be cancelled but in writing and up to 14 days before the seminar takes place. A 20% cancellation fee will be levied and there will be a 21 day holding period for all and any refunds;

8.        Cancellations made within 14 days of the date of Training seminar will be liable for the full fee.

9.        Payment must be made in cheque form or paid in cash at our offices on booking unless you are an account holder;

10.     Account holders will be required to pay a 10% Registration fee on all bookings and the outstanding fee must be paid within 14 days of date on our invoice;

11.     Substitutions to Delegates may be made without penalty on the Proviso that the delegates are employed by the company placing the booking;

12.     LABOUR JUSTICE reserves the right to change \ cancel the seminar dates, speakers and venue without prior notification and any changes so made shall in no way prejudice the booking.
